ONLINE BANKING UPGRADE EFFECTIVE 10/23/2017
State Bank of Herscher is excited to announce the upcoming launch of a new and improved online banking system! This upgrade, scheduled for completion on 10/23/17, will provide you with a streamlined online banking experience.
What are the features and functionality of the new online banking system?
- Retail and Business Online Banking
- Bill Pay
- Mobile Banking
- Voice Banking
- E-Statements - new
When will the changes take place?
The new online banking system will be live Monday, October 23rd. Your current online banking account will be in “view only” mode from October 19th to 22nd.
Will my login ID and password change?
Your current login ID will stay the same. The first time you login to the upgraded system use your temporary password.
Will my bill pay information transfer over?
Your bill pay payee information will transfer over to the new system. However, you will need to re-enroll in your e-bills. Your recurring payments should also convert but please review them after the conversion for accuracy. If any of your information is incorrect please give us a call.
Access to the current bill pay system will be unavailable beginning October 16th. However, any payments entered into the system prior to October 16th will be paid.
