How to get started:

1. You must have Online Banking and have logged in at least once in order to have access to Mobile Banking. Please see the Online Banking section above for more information.
2. Go to the Google Play or Apple App store

Customers Can Access Information Day or Night

You can access information about your State Bank of Herscher accounts 24 hours a day with Telebank.  It is free, confidential, and secure.  By dialing 815-426-BANK (2265) with a touch-tone phone you can do the following:

• Transfer funds from one account to another.
• Inquire on your account balances.
• See what checks have been paid since your last statement.
• Make loan payments.
• And many great additional features

In order to use Telebank, you will need to know your account numbers. You will also need a personal identification number that will allow the system to release your account information which you will be prompted to set up upon your first time calling into Telebank.

Transactions processed through our Telebank system after 5:00 PM will be posted on the next business day.
